About Me
I received my PhD from the Department of Astronomy at Columbia University, and starting in the fall I will be a NSF AAPF Fellow at the Harvard-Smithsonian CfA. My research interests include low-mass stars, brown dwarfs, and binary/multiple star systems. My dissertation focuses the connection between rotation and activity for stars in two open clusters: the Hyades and Praesepe. Most recently, I have published two papers with rotation period measurements from NASA's K2 Mission (Douglas et al. 2016 and 2017).
